Such an Awesome ankle cuff. I Like that it's narrower than the one's that used to be at the gym I used to go to. It's made out of leather and the wool on the inside is soft and protects your ankle. Very good product! Velcro one's don't allow heavy weight & can cause an injury but this one is just Awesome & now I can actually go heavier with the weights without worrying that the ankle cuff will shoot off my leg!!
