Olympic weight plates are designed to fit any Olympic weight bar with a 5cm diameter.  The FIZIQUE cast iron plates tri-grip design makes change over of weights fast and effortless.  The tri-grip also allows the weights to be used without a bar for bodyweight workouts. 

Olympic weight plates are available from 2.5kg to 20kg weights.

All Olympic weight plates are sold individually.

Please note that a 4% tolerance is allowed on all weight plates.
