Molded Foam Roller

Molded foam rollers are manufactured from cell-free foam (Polyethylene polymer which makes it robust and deals with moisture well) so they will not flatten out or break down like most traditional foam rollers.  Molded foam rollers can be used for self massage or myofascial release and alignment. Using a foam roller can improve your hip mobility while also increasing your core flexibility. These molded foam rollers are also harder than traditional foam rollers so they are ideal for self massage. The Fizique Molded foam rollers are 90cm long with a 15cm diameter.
