Description

This Bench Press stand is used to support the barbell when doing a bench press or squat. 

Best for home and small practices.  Not recommended for commercial use.
 
Please Note: Stand has singular moveable hook on each side to rest the barbell. Not two hooks on each side as picture shows
 
100cm Wide by 155cm height
 
Tested on site with 210 kilograms sitting comfortably on the J-Hooks.
