Standard weight plates are the perfect addition to any free weight program. They fit perfectly on any standard weight bar (2.5cm diameter) and can be used to target any muscle group. Standard weight plates are cast iron and coated with a non chip coating to protect the weights from rust and other natural elements.

Standard weight plates are available from 0.5kg to 20kg weights.

Standard weight plates are sold individually.

Please note that a 4% tolerance is allowed on all weight plates.

**Please ensure your barbells diameter is not more than 25mm or has raised steel on the barbell sleeves otherwise it will not fit the plates

The plates are exactly what i required, there was however a problem with the courier guy's that came to deliver the weights i was not home and had asked my 64yrs old mom to except the weights on my behalf they wanted to leave the weights at my front gate and wen my mom asked them to bring the weights inside a few meters to our front door the one guy was very rude.
