The FIZIQUE Suspension Trainer Bundle is the perfect piece of equipment for a full body workout. The suspension trainer is manufactured with heavy duty webbing straps and commercial grade-adjustable buckles. The wall mount is small and sturdy. It provides an easy anchor point for your Suspension trainer.
Suspension trainers can be used for a gentle full body workout or hardcore athletic training. Suspension training utilises your own body weight and gravity to give you the perfect workout. By adjusting your centre of gravity and body position, you can make the exercises harder or easier depending on your fitness level. - 1 X Adjustable Suspension Trainer
- 1 X Door Anchor - The door anchor can be slipped over the top of any door. The door should then be locked and the suspension trainer can be clipped onto the strap of the door anchor. This then provides a stable anchor point for your suspension trainer.
- 1 X Suspension Trainer Wall Mount (including anchor bolts) for securing the suspension trainer to the wall or ceiling.
The suspension trainer can also be hooked onto a door anchor so that the suspension trainer can be used while travelling.
