Unisex vest holds 32 weights, with a total weight of 24kg's.  Weights fit tightly inside the vest so they don't interfere with training. The pouches have a zip closure so that the weights do not fall out while exercising. 

Weighted vest is supplied with 12kg weights.

Dimensions are 42 cm across and 52 cm in length.

12kg & 24kg weight vest dimensions are the same. Only difference is the amount of weights you are supplied with. 

Will fit Bulkier individuals better than those with a smaller/petite frame.
